THE ART OF INDUSTRIAL SHEET METAL WORK AT MAXILOR

Our sheet metal workshop produces technical parts in raw steel (S235 to S355) to drawing or design. We can produce both small and large runs. As specialists in steel processing, we have high-performance facilities for laser cutting, punching, bending, mechanized welding and industrial painting.

At Maxilor, sheet metal work is at the heart of our expertise. From study and design, to laser cutting and complex bending, punching and welding, we manufacture customized parts from small to large production runs, meeting the most stringent quality and precision requirements.

Our technical resources:

A 2,000 x 4,000 mm fiber laser with integrated sheet magazine
A 1,500 x 3,000 mm electric punching machine with integrated sheet metal loader
A 100tns bending machine, Lg 3,000 mm, with integrated tool magazine and angle controller, to ensure the safety of our employees and operational responsiveness.
A hydraulic bending machine up to 400 tons, Lg 500mm with angle controllers and automatic tool changer.
A TIG/MIG welding workshop
Two integrated industrial design software packages: SOLIDWORKS – AMADA

ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT AND SOLIDWORK

Maxilor’s engineering department, supported by SOLIDWORKS software, designs and optimizes parts. Maxilor manages the production of multiple references, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
